WATCH: The growth of Womens Rugby in Ballinasloe RFC
There was huge excitement in Ballinasloe RFC yesterday after 16 year old Beibhinn Parsons was named in the Ireland Women's squad for Sunday's match against USA in Dublin.

If Parsons makes an appearance off the bench she will become the youngest Irish player, male or female, to earn a senior test cap in the modern era.

Her call-up is the culmination of a huge amount of work being done to increase girls rugby participation at Ballinasloe RFC. 11 players from the club were members of the victorious Connacht U18 Girls team that won the interprovincial title earlier in the season.

Check out the below video from @IrishRugby which highlights the importance of girls rugby at the club and how it's gone from strength to strength.
