What could be more refreshing than stripping off, racing across the sand and diving  into a frozen sea on Christmas day ?

Well lots of things in my view, but if you are one of the hardy band of artic swimmers who enjoy an annual chilling out at Bertra Beach

be aware that the Westport Rugby Club’s  swim is  commencing at 1pm sharp this Christmas day.

The usual anti freeze of hot drinks and refreshments afterwards, with a collection for local charity from spectators.
