Ever wonder what it would be like to train in top class facilities and be guided by a professional athlete? Sign up for Connacht Rugby’s fitness classes at their excellent facilities in the Sportsground and achieve your fitness goals under the watchful eye of Connacht player Willie Faloon and experienced fitness adviser Gerard Kelly.

The strength and conditioning classes, suitable for both women and men, include resistance training and cardio-vascular work along with tips and information on how to improve mobility, flexibility, diet and lifestyle. Willie is excited about the classes, “I’ve a huge interest in fitness and enjoy the challenge of helping people achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. Whilst the programme will be similar for everyone, each participant will receive advice and guidance tailored to their specific goals”. All S&C classes take place in the impressive Connacht Rugby gym

Connacht Rugby’s bootcamp has been designed as a fun outdoor training alternative suitable for all fitness levels who want to improve general health, boost aerobic endurance and aid fat loss. Classes are held on the all-weather 3G area and a wide range of equipment ensures workouts are dynamic, challenging and unique. Most importantly the bootcamps will have a core objective of teamwork and encouragement will flow from this to allow the trainee to push themselves to maximise their training results.
