Past Players Association

Are you a former player who represented Connacht at senior level in the amateur or professional era? Then join the Past Players Assocation, a new society that brings together both male and female players from the almost 130-year history of our great club.

About Us

The Past Players Association (PPA) was created as a way to bring together the over 1000 men and women who have represented Connacht Rugby at a senior level.

The PPA will ensure that our past players will always have a deep connection with the club, regardless of how long you were with us, or how many games you played.

In the spirit of community which Connacht is known for, the association will also create connections between our players through a number of events planned in the future.

List of Benefits

Following the launch in Q1 2024, members of the Past Players Association can expect some of the following:

  • Events, to bring our players together where they'll be able to renew friendships and network to explore new opportunities.
  • Regular newsletters, to keep you up to speed on all the goings-on at the club and in the PPA itself.
  • Opportunities for players from different years and squads to connect.
